Stony Plain Industrial Land is an innovative project management and construction company based out of Stony Plain and Spruce Grove, Alberta. Our paramount goals are to develop prosperous relationships with our clients; to maintain strong workplace safety protocols; and to utilize environmentally sustainable techniques in producing high quality building structures.
We apply the most innovative industry practices focused on safety and environment.
Stony Plain (within Parkland County) is located just 17 km west of the Edmonton Capital Region of Alberta. Stony Plain is easily accessible from both Provincial Highways 16 and 16A and is well situated for commutes to and from the west end of Alberta’s capital city. It is dominated by agricultural and other resource-based industries. The town of Stony Plain had a population of 17,842 (census 2019). The town has an immediate trading area of over 60,000 and access to over
1 million in the capital region.

Samish Heights is a premier residential development located in the coastal city of Bellingham, Washington State, USA
(population 96,000 in 2020).
Samish Heights offers 130 acres of premier pacific northwest mountain top land high above the Bellingham skyline with incredible city, ocean and San Juan Island views. Our development is situated 2 miles from the downtown Bellingham business core and 4 miles away from main arterials. Access to Interstate Highway 5 is excellent and is in close proximity to Vancouver, BC, Canada (55 miles) and Seattle, Washington (88 miles).
Samish Heights neighbourhood is one of the largest areas of undeveloped residential property (mostly zoned residential single) in the city of Bellingham. It is the last pieces of real estate of
its kind in the area. The neighbourhood includes an abundance of open space, greenbelts, walking trails, access to a large city park (Lake Padden Park), public golf course, major shopping and employment centres. It is also in the neighborhood of one of the best K-6 schools, and is within 3 miles of middle, high schools and Western Washington university.
The total development, consisting of 130 acres, will be developed in phases. Each custom subdivision will be designed with plenty of open space, trails and an aim to maximize views from every lot.

PHASE I (COMPLETED 2017): 20 lots
PHASE II (2021-2027): 90 to 100 lots
PHASE III: A Timber thinning project on 68 acres (under the jurisdiction of a Class IV Forest Practices Application/Notification) began in the Fall of 2017. Most of the forested land on Samish Hill have plans to replant the logged areas with new tree seedlings.
Work began in December 2018 with the building of a 2,000-foot long gravel-topped access road to facilitate the replanting. The designated urban growth boundary reforestation planting occurred in March 2020. The development of future residential home sites will resume in approximately 2027.
