English Bay’s roots in the food industry began in 1983 with English Bay Batter Inc. The famous cookie dough recipe that owner Jack Seguin developed to supply his two retail stores 
(one in English Bay Vancouver, hence the name), soon grew into a large scale manufacturing operation with six plants and North American wide distribution. This division was sold in 2014 and is now owned by Cérélia, a European company. 

English Bay Blending began its operations in 2001 followed by the Fine Chocolates division in 2007. The addition of a new co-packing line in 2019, added the capability of producing a variety of extruded bars. 

Our 43,000 sq. ft. facility in Delta, BC offers innovative foodservice, retail and private label manufacturing/co-packing of fine dry blends, exquisite chocolates and extruded bars. 

Our skilled team in production, R&D, Q&A and customer service are committed to excellence in manufacturing food products of the highest quality. Created from your recipe or a custom formula derived by our in-house R&D team, our attention to detail ensures the products we produce will exceed your expectations. 

Our expertly trained staff, wide-range of co-packing capabilities and multiple pack configurations allow us to precisely reproduce a recipe or tailor solutions economically to meet our customers specific needs. We implement strictly regulated procedures for our top of the line equipment.
