Jack's early career as a B Class pressure welder and a teaching role at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology showcased his leadership and coaching abilities. His expertise extends to the mortgage business, where he owned and operated RAM Mortgage Company from 1973 to 1983. Presently, RJ Enterprises offers bridge financing, business loans, and commercial and residential mortgages. Jack's entrepreneurial journey includes owning retail bakeries and founding English Bay Batter Inc., achieving a 60% market share in the Canadian food service industry. Despite selling in 2014, Jack remains the founder and majority owner of English Bay Blending and Chocolate Factory. In 1988, he initiated an environmentally-focused company in Bonnyville, Alberta, dedicated to sustainable technologies reducing greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint.
