RioLink LTD is a dynamic, national, internet provider which is on the leading edge of the technology.  We use a super clean and super fast T1 connection to a T3 backbone.  Made up of three partners, Riolink started out by offering dialup accounts to the internet for Sierra county and the surrounding areas. They now serve the world with domains, and website management. The owners, Ron Culver  California, Paul Tooley of New Mexico, and Richard Jones of New Mexico provide a diverse, and rich, internet/communications, publishing/graphic design, programming/computer expertise to their customers. Started as a fun project, Riolink has evolved into a dynamic and progressive internet provider for Sierra County, New Mexico, and the world.; Riolink's name comes from the Spanish word Rio meaning River and the English word link meaning to connect. They have literally connected the inhabitants of the middle Rio Grande to the world. Formed as a limited partnership,  the company combines the experience of three dynamic individuals with three separate and necessary expertise.

Ron is an engineer and manager for AT&T satellite, fiber optic, long distance, and internet backbone communication. He has a full picture of the internet, and what it is, far beyond most people in the world! He handles all of the satellite communication, and video, for the Olympics!  He is the man when it comes to understanding the diverse, changing, internet  technology.

Paul is the owner of a publishing company which has been in existence since the turn of the century.  He has been in the page layout and graphic design business since he was in diapers as the publishing company was started by his grandfather.  Being responsible for the computer systems used by the company and the page design and development for their newspaper and print shop, he has an eye for color and content beyond most people even in his own profession.  By the way, this talent runs in the family, as his brother has worked for Disney as a graphic artist and is currently employed by Industrial Light and Magic as a digitial artist/programmer/supervisor and was a supervisor in the remake of Star Wars.

Richard (Dick) has his own company which develops and designs computers and computer software.  His company has provided custom computer systems since 1980.  After receiving a degree in Agriculture, Dick continued his education in the computer science field and graduated with Highest Honors with a degree in computer science. He has developed software for small businesses, government, and schools. He has been building his own computers for eleven years and he has been writing the HTML code (used by the World Wide Web)  now since its inception.
